How can I return or get refund on an item?
Acid will not issue refunds. Online purchases are eligible for on-line store credit or item exchange. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, unworn, new condition with all original tags attached. You must first contact us through the contact page located below this text. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted. Note that you must deliver the item back to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product. All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
Make sure to use a reputable delivery company with tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.Payment
How do I pay for my item?
You may pay for your order by supplying your credit or debit card details or by using Google Pay & Paypal. We accept the following card types: Visa Debit, Visa Credit or Mastercard, Receipt of your credit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order. You are responsible for ensuring the email address and other contact details you provide to us are correct. An invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided within your details as confirmation that your order has been accepted. Our online checkout is secured with a 128bit RapidSSL encryption. Delivery & Orders
Our products are hand-printed to order, therefore lead times on delivery might be a little longer than you might be used to. Some items may be in stock, however, if you need something in a rush, please get in touch and we can help. Due to the current COVID19 situation, deliveries may take a little longer as we are reliant on the Royal Mail network and cannot predict how busy they might be. Rest assured, we want to get your item to you as quickly as possible.- UK delivery (7-10 days) is FREE
- Rest of world - delivery is £15.00 (Any customs or import charges must be paid by the recipient upon delivery and are not controlled by us)
Delivery time depends on your location. UK orders placed before 4 pm will be delivered between 7-12 working days, central Europe within 5 business days and all other countries please allow up to 18 business days. Note these transit times are estimates and may vary.
