Returns & Refunds
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return. Items need to be unworn and unwashed, in the condition you received them. Email hello@acid.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you the return details. Please get in touch before sending anything back, as parcels we're not expecting can't be matched to an order.
Once the item is back and checked, we refund you to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it. Gift cards can't be refunded. Full details are in our refund policy.
Something wrong with your order?
If a print is faulty, the wrong item arrived or something was damaged in transit, email hello@acid.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and you won't need to post it back.
Delivery
Every ACID piece is printed to order in the UK, so nothing is sitting on a shelf waiting. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days, then your order is posted with Royal Mail tracked delivery.
- UK: free delivery. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 working days of ordering.
- Rest of the world: £15. Allow 2 to 4 weeks. Any customs or import charges are paid by the recipient on delivery.
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. We can't deliver to P.O. boxes.
Payment
You can pay by debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard), Google Pay or PayPal. Payment is handled securely at checkout by Shopify, and we never see or store your card details. You'll get an order confirmation by email straight away. See our terms of service for more.
