Refund policy

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. This is on top of your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

How to return
Email hello@acid.co.uk with your order number and the item you want to return. If the return is accepted we'll send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request can't be matched to an order, so please get in touch first.

Condition
Items must be unworn and unwashed, in the condition you received them, with proof of purchase.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives. If a print is faulty, the item is damaged or you've received the wrong thing, email us with a photo and your order number and we'll put it right with a replacement or a refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different size or design is to return the item you have and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Exceptions
Gift cards can't be returned or refunded.
